A veteran Realtor with endless experience, Lynn moved from Cape Town, South Africa, to the Bay area in 1987. Bolstered by a degree in social work and highly regarded for her integrity, she possesses a special knack for helping clients navigate the often stressful process of buying and selling.
Following a tenure as the Program Director at Child and Adolescent Psychiatric unit in San Francisco, Lynn parlayed her love for helping people and fascination with architecture into a burgeoning real estate career in 1993. Twenty-six years later, she is still her genuine self in each and every client interaction. Never one to over-promise or over-sell, she endeavors to be transparent, informative, and authentic.
Operating with contagious enthusiasm, Lynn knows her way around the negotiation table. She’s got a finger on the pulse of changing market conditions; an innate understating of property values. She knows that real estate is built on personal relationships – not only between Realtors and clients, but the larger community as a whole. Lynn has a network of pros at her fingertips should any services be required. Even after deals have closed, she’s known for being abundantly available – gardeners, plumbers, contractors, or catering services. You name it, she’ll find it.
Having raised her family in the area, Lynn is equipped with an intimate understanding of local schools, neighborhood parks, and city-bound commutes, as well as biking and hiking trails (her personal favorite). She’s a great resource and has a wonderful way of making the whole relocation experience headache-free and dare we say, fun?! Whether finding a hidden bookstore, securing a late-night pediatrician, or simply landing the best chocolatier in town, Lynn’s got you covered. Better yet, she’ll do it with a smile on her face in typical Lynn fashion.
Home buying as selling is as much about people as it is property. If you’d like to be represented by someone genuine who’s compassionate and business savvy when pursuing an endeavor that benefits from large doses of both, then Lynn Reid is the obvious choice.
