Bear Flag Fitness is Co-Founded by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Every class and every exercise is carefully assessed for effectiveness and soundness: targeted, high-intensity, low-impact.
We have intentionally designed their classes and schedules to encourage movement variability, supporting vitality, resilience, and longevity through the balanced use of muscles and tissues.

Established in 1926, College of Marin has remained committed to educational excellence, providing equitable opportunities, and fostering success in all members of our diverse community. With campuses in Kentfield and Novato, students of all ages have affordable access to an exciting variety of credit and noncredit courses, as well as community education classes for lifelong learning.

Farmshop Marin has a distinctive voice and is an experience that captures a new kind of luxury, one that is relaxed, handcrafted, free of decoration, and highly appealing to all senses. Enjoy a drink at the 50-foot hand-sculpted wooden bar, watch the chefs in the open kitchen and at the pizza oven, or dine on the expansive patio. The 17 feet long, 11 feet wide, 5 feet tall statue of a naked woman reclining on her back across the ground has become an iconic image located right off of Sir Francis Drake Boulevard in Bon Air Shopping Center. The origin story of this statue is amazing. Dennis Parton created the statue in 1988.

College of Marin is known for its theatre department, which has the highest transfer acceptance to Juilliard of any two-year college in the nation.
