Mill Valley

Welcome to Mill Valley

Mill Valley is a city in Marin County, California, which is situated on the eastern slopes of Mount Tamalpais and the western and northern sides of Richardson Bay. It occupies narrow woodland valleys on the eastern slopes of Mount Tamalpais, primarily made of second-growth redwoods, beyond the flat coastal region and marshlands. Many high-income commuters live in Mill Valley because of its lovely setting beneath Mount Tamalpais and convenient proximity to San Francisco. The community of Mill Valley is renowned for its strong artistic heritage. Visitors to downtown Mill Valley will discover many art galleries, outdoor coffee cafes, and other hallmarks of a thriving artistic community.
